Job Description:
- Manage the strategies to deliver a high quality customer insights for matahari.com.
 - Analyze the content in all platform to optimize onsite areas performance.
 - Handle continuous optimization for onsite areas.
 - Work closely with other teams to provide solutions in managing content across all platforms.
 - Provide the best customer journey recommendation for all marketing channel.
 - Create customer behavior analysis from Google Analytics.
 - Maximize online sales performance through UI/UX optimization.
 - Manage the schedule site updates.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
 - Minimum 5 years in E Commerce Site Management (handle onsite) Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookup, formula, etc.).
 - Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
 - Well versed in Google Analytics with a general understanding of ecommerce performance metrics.
 - Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten.
