Job Description:

  • Manage the strategies to deliver a high quality customer insights for matahari.com.
  • Analyze the content in all platform to optimize onsite areas performance.
  • Handle continuous optimization for onsite areas.
  • Work closely with other teams to provide solutions in managing content across all platforms.
  • Provide the best customer journey recommendation for all marketing channel.
  • Create customer behavior analysis from Google Analytics.
  • Maximize online sales performance through UI/UX optimization.
  • Manage the schedule site updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years in E Commerce Site Management (handle onsite) Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookup, formula, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Well versed in Google Analytics with a general understanding of ecommerce performance metrics.
  • Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten.
