Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Having minimal 1 (one) year experience in Recruitment.
• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
• Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Job posting.
• Screening potential candidates.
• Interview potential candidates.
• Present shortlisted candidates and their profile summaries.
• Arrange user interview between shortlisted candidates and client.
• Build good relationships with all the candidates for future opportunity.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
