Requirement:

Proven track record of success in FMCG sales management, with a minimum 8 years of experience, especially Central Java Region
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to achieve targets.
In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
