Organization & People Development Manager

Requirement     :

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, HR Management, or Psychology preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as an Organization Development & People Development Head/Manager.
• Strong in OD, Performance Management, People Development; proficient in Microsoft Visio.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills; adept with diverse teams.
• Expertise in creating structures, job descriptions, and grading.
• Proven in TNA, module creation, soft skills training, and training evaluation.
