- Manage and develop CRM / CDP applications
- Deliver the program as the technology SPOC for the vendor teams
- Drive end-to-end Application roadmap
- Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into well-designed IT solutions
- Lead CRM engagement strategy and programming
- Analyze application's problems & troubleshoot
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Has minimum 5 years of experience handling CRM Application
- Expertise in CRM/CDP Application
- Good knowledge about CRM programs & applications.
- Strong strategic & analytical skills. Preferably having experience in e-commerce business
- Strong leadership with proven coordination skills, and proficiency in English.
