Sales and Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understanding customer needs and preferences and tailoring sales approaches accordingly.
- Presenting and demonstrating products to customers in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Promoting sales through outdoor activities such as in-person events, pop-up shops, or product demonstrations.
- Meeting sales targets and objectives.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to stay informed about the retail industry.
- Gathering feedback from customers to improve products and services
- Organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and other sales activities.
- Coordinating with other teams, such as the marketing team, to ensure the success of events.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services offered.
- Keeping up-to-date with new products and promotions
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance and customer interactions.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, inventory, and customer service.
- Communicating effectively with customers to provide information and resolve issues
- Traveling to different locations to engage with customers and promote products.
- Flexibility to work in various environments and locations.
Requirements :
- Minimal Bachelor's degree in all majors, SMA graduates are welcome
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience in marketing, from the fashion or retail industry is a point plus.
- Experience promoting sales through outdoor activities such as in-person events, pop-up shops, or product demonstrations.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service role
- Proficient in English
- Placement in Pecenongan, Central Jakarta and willing to do business trip
