- Generate and execute the ideas about solving the problem, achieve results, enhance the customer experience, and being the escalation contact for critical issues
- Oversee and managing of all Service Requests, Incidents, Monitoring and completion of daily task within SLA
- Choose, implement, and SaaS Service Desk solution
- Helping to build a support team that can manage all incoming requests
Requirement:
- At least 5 years experience of managing/leading an IT service team
- Solid track record especially in Financial Services/Financial Technology Industry
- Able to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
