BD Manager

Requirements :

• 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Account Manager, Head of Sales, Sales & Marketing Manager, Relationship Manager, Client Relations Manager in the Finance, Banking or Insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Management or related field.
• Have good communication and passion in Sales.
• Able to lead teams to achieve sales targets.
• High self-motivation, service actions and fast responses.

 

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for achieving sales targets & action plans to increase sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients also expand networks with new clients.
• Evaluate performance, provide coaching and direction to all sales teams periodically.
