Data Analyst Manager, Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

Build predictive models for credit risk, collections and fraud in financial industry.
Manage the lifecycle of building and validating predictive models along with their deployment to maintenance.
Develop predictive features using existing data to enhance customer profiles.
Conceptualize and design analytic model frameworks to solve business problems.
Communicate effectively to share insights and engage stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science/Engineering.
At least 4 years experience in building, evaluating and monitoring machine learning collection risk/consumer credit scoring models for financial products.
At least 2 years of leadership experience.
Good understanding of machine learning concepts like Bagging, Boosting, and Recommendation Engines.
Skilled in creating features from various data types.
Professional experience in developing machine learning analytics models.
Understand the trade-offs between model performance and business needs.
