Finance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, and auditing to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage and ensure compliance with local financial regulations, company policies, and tax laws.
• Lead the financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control processes to support business growth.
• Supervise the accounting team, ensuring efficient operations and fostering a high-performance environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Indonesia, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing financial reporting, auditing, and budgeting processes.
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written) is required.
