Merchandiser Manager (Retail Industry)

Responsibilty:

  • Manage and follow up the entire merchandising pre-season planning process
  • Follow up  and own season overall sales budget and GM planning for OpCo and across distribution
  • Work with collections team to ensure assortment strategy reflects
  • Work with the collections team to finalize season product range along with detail for each product on the article master
  • Agree with the Collection Manager on Article arrival schedule and ensure timely distribution to point of sales
  • Sign off on each product, QTY per style, arrival schedule

 

Requirements:

  • Good management and leadership skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work as a team as well as independently
  • Good observation skills
