Digital Business Representative
Responsibilities :
- Eager to identify and hunt potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients by understanding their business needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Present our digital marketing services effectively to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our agency to meet their business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotes outlining the scope of services, pricing, and timelines based on client requirements and objectives.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements, and effectively close sales to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with the account manager, social media specialist, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects, and provide feedback to enhance service delivery.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related fields
- Prior experience in sales roles or digital marketing is crucial (Minimum 3 years experience). Candidates should have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including various channels such as social media, PPC, SEO, email marketing, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills are essential for with clients, delivering compelling sales pitches, and articulating complex digital marketing concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Ability to think strategically and develop tailored solutions to meet clients' needs and objectives.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation in digital marketing strategies.
