Retail Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Manage the organization's sales by developing a business plan that includes sales, revenue, and expense control.
- Meet planned sales targets from designated distributors.
- Set individual sales targets and track sales targets and report results as required from designated distributors.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team of designated distributors.
- Coordinate with the marketing department on lead generation, programs, and promotions.
- Train and develop distributor sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Liaise with the BD team to ensure distributor sales growth and showroom penetration.
- Manage sales out and conduct specifications through retail designers and forward to designated distributors for follow-ups.
Requirements :
- University graduate with at least 4 years of experience in Sales
- Having experience in the sanitary industry will be an advantage
- Have experience in the B2B sales
- Willing to do business travel in Jabodetabek Area
- Result-driven and familiar with a sales target
