Placement Division Head
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, management, or any related field
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry practices is essential
- Have experience in managerial and leadership roles
- A deep understanding of the industry in which the placement division operates is essential.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners (clients, vendors, etc)
- Have a thorough understanding of insurance industry government regulations (OJK and other government institutions)
- Have the ability to develop and execute strategic plans as well as identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
