Sales SPV
Responsibility :
Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets and managing distributor penetration in the market.
Requirements :
- Male/Female, with a minimum education of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a Sales Retail Supervisor (Preferably specializing in the Sanitary Industry or Building Materials).
- Independent and possessing a positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities and demands.
- Familiarity with various sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to identify issues and implement solutions to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
