National Distribution Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate’s minimum a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University
• Able to operate MS. Excel and MS. Power Point
• Fluent in English both written and speaking
• Have a good strategy, leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Have minimum 10 years working experience in FMCG industry
• Able to create a distribution system
• Able to organize the team
• Candidates will be placed in Sidoarjo/Surabaya

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all SKUs are evenly distributed throughout General Trade in Indonesia
• Coordinate with distributors regarding to distribution strategy planning
• Responsible to achieve Active Outlet targets, Sales To Trade, Sales To Distributors
