Job Description:
  • Identify new marketplace opportunities for sales growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Maximize marketplace sales opportunity by ensuring inventory availability and sell-through.
  • Monitoring Campaigns & promotions in marketplace, liaise with C&P team to match calendar.
  • Work with marketplace PIC to fix product listings, join campaigns and set vouchers.
  • Monitor performance of product catalog and recommend assortment / pricing adjustments.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in merchandising and e-commerce (preferably from fashion e-commerce).
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle and sharp business sense.
  • Experience in Magento would be an advantage.
  • Has a proven track of leadership and capable to lead a big team.
  • Sharp business sense, excellent coordination skill, fluent English is a must.
  • Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten.
