Key Responsibilities:

Build a strong GSI partnership pipeline by identifying, evaluating, and recruiting 10–15 Tier-1 GSI partners in the first 12 months
Drive $2M+ partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue within the first18 months through structured co-selling motion
Build and maintain strategic relationships with 25+ senior stakeholders across GSI ecosystems (practice directors, solution architects, delivery leads)
Design and deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs to ensure 95% certification completion among GSI sales and technical teams

Key Qualifications & Experience:

8–15 years in enterprise B2B software sales or partnership management, with at least 5 years focused on GSI/consulting partnerships
Established network and proven track record within Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Slalom, or similar
Consistent achievement of $1M+ annual partnership revenue driven through GSIs
Understanding of industrial IoT, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and broader digitization trends
