RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and lead operational SOPs across all business functions (retail, logistics,
• customer service, etc.)
• Oversee performance of all branches (Panglima Polim, Kedoya, Pintu Air, and Bali)
• Supervise store managers, warehouse team, CS, and inventory tracking
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to ensure online–offline customer experience is seamless

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience in operations, retail, or growth-stage startups
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Experience with inventory systems, SOP creation, and retail metrics
• Comfortable in a founder-led, fast-paced environment
