Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize daily operations across production and catering services.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes.
  • Ensure quality standards and resource management.
  • Drive continuous improvement for cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years in operations management, 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the catering or food services industry is a plus.
