GENERAL MANAGER OPERATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop the operations team to deliver outstanding service with cost efficiency.

  • Implement and ensure adherence to food safety management principles (HACCP, ISO, K3).

  • Drive the achievement of business performance targets, including profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and present monthly reports on sales performance, operational activities, and client feedback to the Board of Directors.

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as General Manager Operations or 10 years as Senior Area Manager in a national-scale catering business.

  • Strong knowledge of business processes, strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L management.

  • Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and safety standards.

  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and third-party negotiation skills.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
