RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and develop the operations team to deliver outstanding service with cost efficiency.

Implement and ensure adherence to food safety management principles (HACCP, ISO, K3).

Drive the achievement of business performance targets, including profitability and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present monthly reports on sales performance, operational activities, and client feedback to the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENT:
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience as General Manager Operations or 10 years as Senior Area Manager in a national-scale catering business.

Strong knowledge of business processes, strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L management.

Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership, teamwork, and third-party negotiation skills.
-
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
