Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, B2B Experience in handling service.
- Hands-on experience with B2B Applications, Installation after sales service support, and monitoring.
- Good understanding of B2B Handling systems, Machines, Mechanical Part & other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Familiarity with remote applications and help to support on immediate basis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Preferably has VCAT II/VCAT III.
