Training Manager (Food & Beverages - Jakarta)
Responsibility :
- Identify training needs according to needs
- Build quarterly and annual training program
- Develop SOP, modules & training material as part of Training Curriculum
- Responsible for Training & People Development
- Responsible to set strategies & action plans in people development to meet company target
- Responsible for ensure Training execution in every coffee shop
- Prepare budget for training programs
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree, majoring Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 5 years as Training / People Development in chain restaurant or quick service preffered
- Have good communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively to all outlets in Jakarta
