Business Development (Logistic Industry)
Responsibility:
- Achieve target set by the company
- Drive new business development through innovative strategic and tactical marketing plans
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by company and awareness of competition (market share, pricing, services offered, procedures, etc.)
- Maintain strong relationship with multiple internal disciplines to ensure satisfactory responses
- Research and evaluation of customer market activities, internal and external datain order to understand how any business changes will impact customer needs
- Develop business and relationship with key potential client or global tender then convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers.
- Other supper functions and roles when deem necessary
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field
- At least 3 years experience in a similiar industry
- Experience in Freight Forwarding or Shipping Company
- Excellent relationship building skills with clients and internally
- Good presentation skills
- Strong strategic thinking, business and customer orientation
- Excellent people skill and able to build rapport with people of all levels
- Fluent in English both written or spoken
- Willing to be place in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
