Industry: Freight forwarding

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and expand customer base
• Create and execute business development strategies to identify new opportunities and strengthen market positioning
• Resolve customer issues and provide leadership in business decisions and projects
• Foster long-term client relationships by delivering high-quality services that drive customer retention and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, supply chain management or related field
• Min 5 years of experience as Sales Manager Freight Forwarding or Sales Shipping Line
• Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations, logistics and supply chain management
• Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin/Hokkien speaking skills are preferred
