Senior Project Manager (Property Developer Industry)
Responsibility:
- Monitor and evaluate the preparation of Infrastructure and Building constructions (site plan, technical specifications, plan drawing, land preparation);
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Infrastructure and Building constructions (block plan measurement, quality target, schedule, etc);
- Monitor the budgeting process and fund usage (POP, SPK, SP, TDP, Payment);
- Coordinate the block plan processing for plots release, construction order, and progress;
- Support land acquisition by prepare technical data (lay out);
- Control the construction permit;
- Reporting to Technical Director and lead 10-50 team members.
- Implement the construction process as planned; design, quantity, quality, time schedule;
- Implement the efficient and effectiveness of construction development budget;
- Collaborate with other Department in Technic Division in order to implement the development stage;
- Coordinate with other Division by provide the development activities data; land size, progress report, payment, etc.
Requirements:
- Min. bachelor degree from Civil Engineering
- Min. 10 years of working experience in the related field with 5 years in Managerial Level
- Strong technical understanding and knowledge in infrastructure, building, and housing construction for real estate projects
- Good analytical skill, planning, and detail
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently but comfort to work within team
- Good communication skill in English both verbal and non-verbal
- Willing to work at East Jakarta but able to travel for work to site / project location
